Each zone in our showrooms represent a relationship between the activity and work styles of each individual.

Getting something done needs a space for one to be less distracted with exterior elements. It's time to think and concentrate.

Present, interact visually or showcase a product or two, these zones are created with the sense of sight as the main driver.

Get task completed with total heads down focus. These zones allow unobstructed work for important tasks at hand.

Some types of work needs us to connect with one another, from catch up meetings to formal or informal briefings and the like.

ATELIER

A dynamic, flexible space for strategic teamwork, equipped with assets which allows the users to setup and reconfigure at ease, in terms of scale, size and tools (writable vertical surfaces and screening components) relevant to the activity.

The space is also conducive to informal ad-hoc touchdown meetings, smaller or larger groups, supporting casual engagements.

DAY THINKING SPACES

Confidential conversations, private phone calls or individual work that demands concentration without distractions.

KNOWLEDGE WALL

A dynamic space allowing for capturing of research and insights/knowledge ideas over time

Creating (internally and externally) a visual depiction of the main topics researched and progress

MEETINGS ROOMS PRESENTATIONS SPACE

Supports presentations, interactions, medium size group meetings in more formal and planned setting.

POP-UP DISPLAY

Showcasing work settings or special solution launches. Creating an element of ‘ surprise’ and new in our offices on a regular basis.

MOCKUP ZONE

Temporary showcasing of a pre-determined/required solution by our customers. Creating a ‘ mock-up’ of the final solution for Value Proposition Confirmation

ANALYTICS DISPLAY

Visualizing the tracking that takes place in the space for the benefit of members and visitors (air quality in Shanghai, analytics in all other showrooms).

An Interactive way of showing occupancy on the floor plate for members and visitors. Monitor and learn how their workforce uses their space. For example, learn peak hours, favourite work settings, and valued workplace resources.

MATERIALS LIBRARY

Inspiration area, with visible display of materials, triggers the senses and allows for real-time choice of finishing Engagement area with A&D and customers.

Creating a warm arrival area both for members and guests. Not for long term usage. Short term interactions are encouraged

HAWORTH CAFÉ

Creating the social heart of the entire office/showroom. To hold informal conversations with guests and between members. Plays a subtle educational function by having adjacency to the research wall when applicable. Space encourages community & offers a sense of comfort

CLUB LOUNGE FORUM/EVENT SPACE

A network space where collaborating is as important as social interactions where the atmosphere is casual and relaxed to create a collaborative organization culture.

The Club Lounge provides an alternative to the standard working setting Free address work spaces for members to find a suitable work setting for their tasks.
